Our vision is to be the catalyst for financial ​transformation within the Hispanic ​community. We envision a future where ​Hispanic women lead financial ​conversations and leverage their money to ​create generational wealth.

Our mission is to raise financial awareness ​amongst the Hispanic community and to ​provide them with the tools needed to live ​the happiest version of their lives. Through ​financial education, we will build the ​foundation that allows them to take control ​of their money, and break free from limiting ​beliefs.

My name is Fiorella Silva (Fio), I am ​originally from Colombia and have lived ​in the US since I was 18 years old.

I am an Engineer by trade and a Latina ​Financial Educator by choice.

I have learned many money lessons on ​my own, and I created budget2happy ​as a way to give back to my community.

I want to de-mystify money and help ​you master it so you can live your ​happiest​ life!

Financial literacy is a key life skill that has long been neglected in urban areas and across ​minorities. Through an engaging and relevant curriculum, we unapologetically arm the ​Hispanic community with the tools they need to take ownership of their finances and ​build the life they want for themselves.
